Our Director of Billing, Janette Lima, handles collection of all copays and payments. She is available to talk with clients directly about questions they may have about their accounts.
Janette Lima is a billing specialist with extensive experience within mental health. She graduated Westfield State University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She spent the early days of her career working for a multidisciplinary mental health group practice as a member of the billing team & as a front office supervisor, before starting her own billing company serving private-practice clinicians in the greater Boston area. Janette has been working with KPA since 2016. Janette and her husband live in Holliston, MA with their three sons. When she isn’t working, Janette enjoys spending time with her kids and extended family at their family house on the Cape.
